Before and after sales
According to the customer's needs, we can help customers to select products, process solutions, sample test, function increase and decrease and other services.
After sales service:
(1) Installation and commissioning: The supplier is responsible for free installation and commissioning of equipment on the demand side, and free training for the operation and maintenance personnel on site. The theoretical training is no less than 1 working day, and the actual operation training is no less than 2 working days.
(2) Technical support: The supplier provides effective technical support, and can optimize the machining program and adjust the machine parameters according to the characteristics of the processed product. Supports for the design and application of jigs and fixtures for processing products by demanders.
(3) Warranty period: After the machine tool is accepted, the machine provides 12 months free warranty. Parts and services are provided free of charge during the warranty period, and the service is timely and effective.
(4) Service time commitment: The supplier will arrive at the site for treatment within 24 hours after receiving the machine tool failure report.
(5) Technical support after the expiration of the warranty period: Within 5 years after the expiration of the warranty period, the supplier provides free soft technical consulting services. If the mechanical parts of the machine tool or the system part fails, the supplier provides free soft technical consulting services.
(6) Spare parts supply after the expiration of the warranty period: After the expiration of the warranty period, the supplier can provide the buyer with a comprehensive discounted vulnerable repair parts for a long time. And the repair parts are provided to the purchaser at the purchase cost of the supplier.
